NOVELTY - A peptide detecting method involves using a graphene-based composite substrate, contacting a background solution of the peptide with graphene on the surface of the metal nanoarray structure, evaporating water in the background solution, performing Raman spectroscopy on the composite and detecting peptide qualitatively or semi-quantitatively according to the Raman spectrum, where the graphene-based composite substrate comprises a substrate, a metal nano-array structure on the surface of the substrate and graphene on the surface of the metal nano-array structure. USE - Method for detecting peptide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting peptide, with high specificity and sensitivity is quick, simple and cost effective manner.
