NOVELTY - Degreasing agent comprises 80-150 kg deionized water, 20-40 kg cassava starch, 0.2-0.3 kg proanthocyanidins, 0.3-0.7 kg tourmaline, 0.01-0.02 kg graphene microchip, 0.8-1.2 kg clay powder, 0.3-0.5 kg tea alkali, 0.5-0.7 kg sodium alginate powder, 1-1.5 kg mud, 0.2-0.4 kg pine powder, 0.5-1.5 kg coal black, 0.2-0.4 kg sodium polyacrylate, 0.3-0.5 kg ginger and 0.4-0.6 kg urea. USE - Degreasing agent used for refrigerator door metal plate process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The degreasing agent eliminates metal plate surface lipid, improves surface micropore, and is suitable for painting process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for application of degreasing agent, which involves: (A) spraying the degreasing agent on surface of pre-processing steel plate by using spray gun at 75-78 degrees C for 12-15 minutes with thickness of 0.25-2 mm; and (B) taking out steel plate and cleaning with water to obtain final product.
