▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing flexible wire based on liquid metal comprises (i) using coupling agents and stretchable polymers to obtain flexible substrates, (ii) preparing liquid metal conductive pattern on a flexible substrate, and (iii) preparing an encapsulation layer on the liquid metal conductive pattern. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing flexible wire based on liquid metal. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures the stretchability and conductivity of the flexible stretchable lead; improves the wettability of liquid metal on the flexible substrate, and energized liquid metal printable performance; avoids the problem that liquid metal is difficult to print and process; is simple; does not need complex operation i.e. traditional injection; has strong customization; and promotes the application of liquid metals in the flexible electronic field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible wire based on liquid metal prepared by above mentioned method.
