NOVELTY - Preparing polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable and flame-retardant composite material comprise (i) preparing small-sized graphene oxide by the improved Hummers method, preparing 1-5 mg/ml graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, adding ammonium polyphosphate and hydrazine hydrate successively into the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion for reaction, repeatedly washing the reaction product with deionized water until a colorless and transparent residue is obtained, ultrasonically dispersing the product uniformly, and performing vacuum freeze drying to obtain ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder, and (ii) adding ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder into a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing until the ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder in the mixed solution, adding lithium chloride, silicon dioxide and polyurethane particles into the mixed solution, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable and flame-retardant composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good flame retardant property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable and flame-retardant composite material comprise (i) preparing small-sized graphene oxide by the improved Hummers method, preparing 1-5 mg/ml graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, adding ammonium polyphosphate and hydrazine hydrate successively into the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion for reaction, repeatedly washing the reaction product with deionized water until a colorless and transparent residue is obtained, ultrasonically dispersing the product uniformly, and performing vacuum freeze drying to obtain ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder, (ii) adding ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder into a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing until the ammonium polyphosphate modified graphene oxide powder in the mixed solution, adding lithium chloride, silicon dioxide and polyurethane particles into the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain uniform polyurethane spinning solution, (iii) fixing the polyester fabric on the electro-spinning receiving roller, and preparing polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable, flame-retardant polyurethane nanofiber membrane by electro-spinning, (iv) dissolving the hot-melt adhesive powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, configuring into a spinning solution, and preparing the hot-melt adhesive mesh by electro-spinning, and (v) hot pressing and compounding the hot-melt adhesive mesh film and polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable and flame-retardant polyurethane nanofiber membrane prepared in step (iii), and hot pressing to obtain polyester-based waterproof, moisture-permeable and flame-retardant composite material.
