NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible self-powered humidity sensor involves (s1) adding 1-10 %mass nano material into a solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain nano material dispersion, adding 90-99% piezoelectric polymer, stirring, dissolving to obtain nano piezoelectric polymer solution, spin-coating on a flexible electrode to form film, heat-preserving until is completely white, annealing and air quenching at low-temperature to obtain porous piezoelectric composite film attached to the flexible electrode, and (s2) placing upwards, taking another flexible electrode with micron pores downwards, stacking the both flexible electrodes in a staggered manner, and leading out the uncovered portion using lead. USE - Preparation of flexible self-powered humidity sensor used for human survival and social activities. ADVANTAGE - The humidity sensor has flexible, porosity, hydrophilicity and piezoelectricity and can be self-powered. The voltage response and humidity of the sensor exhibits an excellent linear relation and sensitivity, and ensures full coverage of the detection range. The sensor has simple structure, is economical and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flexible self-powered humidity sensor, which has voltage responsiveness and exhibits a relatively excellent linear relationship between voltage and humidity of R2 of more than 0.96, and the sensitivity of not lower than 12 mV/%RH.
