NOVELTY - Graphene surface treatment of grinding head comprises pre-processing the surface of the grinding head, removing the rust, oil stain and impurities on the head surface, rotating the grinding head, using a laser to perform laser cladding on the surface of the grinding head, adding graphene powder to the laser cladding surface, rotating the grinding head in the same direction, maintaining laser cladding state, cooling and polishing, to form smooth surface. USE - The method is useful for graphene surface treatment of grinding head (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: forms graphene cladding layer on the surface of the grinding head; uses graphene material, which has high intensity, good toughness and is very thin, which improves the intensity of the grinding head without increasing the grinding head weight and volume; ensures grinding head uniform shape and smooth surface; and is suitable for polishing jade and gem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene surface treatment of grinding head comprises (a) pre-processing the surface of the grinding head, removing the rust, oil stain and impurities on the head surface, (b) preparing graphene powder material, (c) rotating the grinding head, using a laser to perform laser cladding on the surface of the grinding head, where the grinding head is molten, adding graphene powder to the laser cladding surface of grinding head, adding graphene powder, rotating the grinding head in the same direction, to form layer of 0.1-0.3 mm-thick graphene layer on the surface of grinding head, (d) rotating the laser cladding state for 2-5 minutes, increasing the output power and laser of the rotating speed of the grinding head until the graphene material completely clad the surface of the grinding head, rotating and maintaining laser cladding state for 2-5 minutes and (e) stopping the laser cladding process, maintaining the rotating state at the same time of cooling, coating with graphene layer for polishing treatment of the melting surface of the grinding head, to form smooth surface of grinding head.
