NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional hydrogel by fermenting yeast comprises (1) activating the yeast in hot water at 30degrees Celsius to obtain yeast liquid, (2) weighing flat counting agar PCA dissolved in 100degrees Celsius de-ionized water to boil for 20 minutes, cooling to 50degrees Celsius to obtain the PCA solution, adding gelatin gel into the PCA solution and stirring for 30 minutes in water bath at 50degrees Celsius, adding glucose, continuously stirring and dissolving to obtain mixed solution of Gel-PCA-glucose, cooling to 30degrees Celsius, (3) mixing the yeast liquid of step (1) and Gel-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL)-glucose mixed solution of step (2), stirring and mixing uniformly, pouring into the mold, and placing in 30degrees Celsius water bath to ferment for 30 minutes, placing at 4degrees Celsius for 10 minutes to obtain Gel-PCA-yeast multifunctional hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing multifunctional hydrogel by fermenting yeast. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel provides a new idea and method for preparing porous ventilated conductive hydrogel electrode, is good for development and utilization of conductive hydrogel material, so as to be applied to the field of biosensor.
