NOVELTY - The device has an electrode (10) i.e. conductive glass electrode, formed with a foamy thin film and provided with a unit network-type structure, where an electron donor material of a photoactive layer (20) is partially permeated in nitride graphene and partially enriched at a side of a hole transport layer (30) to form an electron donor enrichment layer (21). A bulk heterojunction structure is formed by the nitride graphene and the electron donor material of the photoactive layer. USE - Organic solar energy battery device. ADVANTAGE - The device takes the nitride graphene as an acceptor material to form an interpenetrating network structure together with an organic donor material being beneficial to separation of charges, so that increasing short-circuit current in the case in which an open-circuit voltage is guaranteed, thus increasing energy conversion efficiency of the solar battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The device includes another electrode (40) made of metal aluminum, silver or gold. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing an organic solar energy battery device.
