▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing battery material, comprises (i) preparing two-dimensional titanium carbide, (a) pulverizing and sieving titanium aluminum carbide (Ti3AlC2), (b) stirring after mixing the pulverized titanium aluminum carbide and hydrofluoric acid solution, (c) filtering the reaction solution, washing with water, and drying at 40-60℃, (ii) exfoliation and intercalation of two-dimensional nano-graphite oxide/titanium carbide, (a) dissolving the obtained two-dimensional titanium carbide in water, mixing and stirring with graphene oxide for 1-4 hours, (b) filtering the solution, drying it at 40-60℃ for 22-26 hours, (c) dissolving the powder in water, and ultrasonic treatment, (d) filtrating the solution to form a film, and drying at 40-60℃ for 23-25 hours, (iii) treating functional groups on the surface of two-dimensional nano-graphite oxide (GO)/titanium carbide composites. USE - The battery material is useful in lithium battery, and supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low cost, and does not produce waste gas and waste liquid that pollute the environment. The material has good electrical conductivity, large specific surface area, and few surface functional groups as an electrode material, has good cycle stability and rate performance, and the specific capacity of the prepared battery is greatly improved compared with traditional materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for battery material prepared by above mentioned method.
