▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anticorrosive treatment of vehicle brake plate comprises (a) degreasing brake plate, etching, ultrasonically cleaning and phosphating and (b) uniformly spraying graphene coating, pre-treating at 180 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, sintering at 340-420 degrees C for 0.5 hours and cooling to room temperature, where the total thickness of graphene coating is 5-25 mu m. USE - The method is useful for anticorrosive treatment of vehicle brake plates (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method comprises forming nano graphene coating, which enhances rust and anti-wear performance of brakes, extends the life of the brakes and reduces the risk of the use of brakes.
