▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicon-doped graphene composite material comprises silicon and graphene, and the silicon is doped in graphene. USE - The silicon-doped graphene composite material is useful for cathode material and battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent charge and discharge capacity and structural stability; is based on graphene structure, and silicon atoms replaces carbon atoms of graphene two-dimensional network structure; and has layered structure similar to graphite material, and is better than other graphene materials in charge and discharge capacity, which is beneficial to the silicon doping position constructing more lithium embedding sites. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicon-doped graphene composite material (i) performing microwave heating of graphene in ammonia atmosphere to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, and (ii) adding nitrogen-doped graphene prepared in step (i), nano-silicon particles and organic acid to solvent, then performing solvothermal reaction, and washing to obtain graphene composite material.
