▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for transferring graphite involves (a) spin coating liquid wax on the graphene surface growing on the growth substrate, cooling the liquid wax to solidify, obtaining a growth substrate/graphene/wax composite structure, where liquid wax is liquid at normal temperature, cooling after cooling, solidifying it into solidification state, recovering to normal temperature still as solidification status, (b) etching and removing the growth matrix to obtain a graphene-wax compound structure, (c) transferring the graphene/wool composite structure to a target substrate to obtain the target substrate/wox composite structure and (d) soaking the target base substrate/tetrahydro graphene /wax complex structure in an organic solvent, removing wax, obtaining the target surface/grapehene combination, and realizing the transfer of graphene to the target substrates. USE - Method for transferring graphite used in academic and industry. Uses include but are not limited to ultra-high speed electronic, flexible transparent conductive film, solar battery, separating film and transmission electron microscope (TEM) imaging. ADVANTAGE - The method can efficiently and conveniently clean the graphene thin film in large area, and transfer to the target substrate without wrinkles. It avoids the influence of the control environment temperature to the paraffin in the transfer process, greatly simplifies the operation process of the transfer, and reduces the wrinkle generated in transfer process of few layers of graphene. The liquid wax is liquid at normal temperature, after the graphene surface is spin coated, cooling and solidifying is solidification state, and not easy to break.
