NOVELTY - Fire-proof and heat-insulating aqueous polyester coil steel coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high cross-linked aqueous polyester resin, 5-15 pts. wt. amino resin, 5-20 pts. wt. pigment, 5-20 pts. wt. surface modified fireproof heat insulation filler, 0.2 -1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 10-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, and 1-6 pts. wt. pH regulator. USE - The fire-proof and heat-insulating aqueous polyester coil steel coating is useful for steel structure fire prevention. Uses include but are not limited to single layer, multilayer, skyscape building, factory building, warehouse, waiting room and waiting room. ADVANTAGE - The fireproof heat-insulating aqueous polyester coil steel coating has excellent fireproof property, heat insulation property, salt mist resistance, aging resistance, bending resistance, and environmental protection. The rolled steel plate made of the coating can effectively reduce the indoor temperature 8-20℃. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing fire-proof and heat-insulating aqueous polyester coil steel coating comprising (1) taking high cross-linking aqueous polyester resin, dispersant, water, defoaming agent, dimethylethanolamine into the dispersing cylinder, dispersing the above material for 30 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions per minute until it is dispersed uniformly, (2) adding pigment into the above dispersed material, dispersing the above material for 30 minutes at 800- 1200 revolutions per minute until it is dispersed uniformly, after that, grinding the above material to fineness less than or equal to 15 microns by sand mill, (3) taking high cross-linked aqueous polyester resin, amino resin, dimethylethanolamine, catalyst, wetting flatting agent, adhesion promoter, antifoaming agent, nanometre modified aluminium hydroxide, organic-inorganic hybrid ceramic micropowder, film-forming auxiliary agent, water, dispersing material about 40 minutes until dispersing uniformly, (4) mixing the mixed material, uniformly dispersing, using water, dimethylethanolamine, adjusting the above material to a certain viscosity and pH to obtain a fireproof and heat-insulating aqueous polyester system coil steel coating.
