▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing poly N-isopropyl acrylamide/konjac glucomannan/graphene oxide composite hydrogel comprises (i) taking monomer N-isopropylacrylamide and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, potassium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiator, deionized water as reaction solvent and preparing poly N-isopropylacrylamide aqueous solution, and allowing to stand to obtain poly(N-isopropylacrylamide hydrogel; (ii) adding konjac glucomannan into the poly-N-isopropylacrylamide hydrogel, reacting, and stirring mechanically to obtain poly N-isopropyl acrylamide/konjac glucomannan composite hydrogel; and (iii) adding the graphene oxide into water at room temperature, dispersing ultrasonically to obtain graphene oxide dispersion solution, adding the graphene oxide dispersion solution into the poly N-isopropyl acrylamide/konjac glucomannan composite hydrogel, reacting and stirring mechanically. USE - The hydrogel is useful for biomedical field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy.
