NOVELTY - Preparing medical composite collagen sponge dressing involves using electrostatic spray method to load composite gel microspheres in bacterial cellulose / graphene oxide / collagen sponge, and has rough and rough structure. The method for preparing the bacterial cellulose / graphene oxide / collagen sponge includes cleaning and removing impurities from the fish scales, adding acetic acid solution to the fish scale powder, stirring for 12-24 hours, filtering to obtain fish scale filter and filtrate, washing the fish scale filter with acetic acid solution 1-3 times. The liquid is transferred into the filtrate together and used later. The washed fish scale filter is taken, heated to 90 degrees C, sterilized for 5-10 minutes, and adding a mixture of acetic acid solution and pepsin solution to it after cooling. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare medical composite collagen sponge dressing, where no purification of collagen is required, and the compound sponge contains fish scale collagen, bacterial protein and nutrients of the culture medium, compound sponge has the ability to quickly stop bleeding, provides sufficient nutrients for wound healing, and promotes wound healing.
