NOVELTY - The graphene has a substrate covered with an insulating medium layer. An interconnecting wire is buried in the insulating medium layer. A metal electrode array is arranged above the insulating medium layer. The interconnecting wire is connected with electrodes in the metal electrode array. A graphene film is arranged in the metal electrode array. A point light source unit is provided with the electrodes of the metal electrode array and the graphene film. A bias voltage is connected to the metal electrode array and the graphene film. USE - Graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sharply increases the irradiation range and the light intensity of a light source. The graphene can serve as a display array or storage unit array, and is utilized in a high resolution display device or information storage system.
