▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nanobelt comprises adding carbon nanowall into concentrated sulfuric acid, then adding potassium permanganate and stirring the obtained solution, adding deionized water into the solution and then washing using hydrochloric acid, filtering the obtained solution to obtain carbon nanowall slurry, uniformly mixing carbon nanowall slurry with nitrogen-doping agent in a ratio of 1:0.01-0.5 to obtain mixture, heating the mixture at 500-1000 degrees C for 10-300 minutes under a protective gas atmosphere, and cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain a substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene nanobelt (claimed), which is useful as conductive additive in switching device. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing the nitrogen-doped graphene nanobelt with high yield, reduced production cost, and increased electron concentration thus increasing conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the nitrogen-doped graphene nanobelt obtained by the method.
