▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Crosslinkable polyethylene composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene matrix resin, 0.5-12 pts. wt. polar molecules, 0.01-1 pts. wt. peroxide crosslinking agent, and 1-10 pts. wt. anti-corrosion filler, where the polar molecules are epoxy resin, polyester resin, isocyanate, isocyanate oligomer, acrylic ester and/or acrylic ester oligomer. USE - Used as cross-linkable polyethylene composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: provides metal components with better anticorrosion performance; and forms polymer layer having characteristics of high adhesion and excellent resistance to cathode stripping performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a composite material product, comprising a metal component and an anti-corrosion layer attached to the surface of the metal component, where the anti-corrosion layer comprises a high polymer layer formed by cross-linkable polyethylene blend through heating and crosslinking on the surface of the metal component.
