NOVELTY - The bulb has a power handle connected to a lampshade. A vacuum bulb is placed at an inner side of the lampshade and equipped with a post. A working part is spaced around a perimeter of the post. A dichroic mirror is optically provided with an active graphene and placed at an inner side of a body. An optical system is provided with a converging lens and a laser system. A power shaft is connected to an end of the body. USE - Graphene bulb for use in car headlights.
