NOVELTY - Printing digestion cellulose graphene ink comprises heat treating the film conductivity of nitrocellulose graphene ink can reach ~4x 104 s/m with environmental stability and mechanical flexibility. USE - Used as printing digestion cellulose graphene ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink can be easily adjusted with ink concentration, viscosity and surface tension to adapt to printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing printing digestion cellulose graphene ink comprising (1) dissolving nitrocellulose powder in acetone, (2) adding graphite flakes to the mixed solution, (3) using the high-shear sieve of a square-hole high-shear rotor-stator mixer performs shearing and stripping of mixture and cooling in an ice bath, (4) centrifuging mixture twice to remove large pieces of graphite, collecting supernatant and adding liquid salt solution centrifugally precipitate graphene/digested cellulose, (5) collecting the precipitate, washing with deionized water, filtering, drying and grinding into fine powder and (6) dissolving the powder in the corresponding solvent and using spray printing or doctor blade coating after deposition and film formation and placing into tube furnace for annealing treatment.
