NOVELTY - Pillow comprises 80-100 pts. wt. natural latex, 3-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-6 pts. wt. potassium oleate, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-5 pts. wt. potassium ricinoleate, and 0.5 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot. USE - Used as pillow. ADVANTAGE - The pillow overcomes the disadvantages of the existing technology, reasonable design, compact structure, solves the problem that the existing latex pillow has bad moisture, easy oxidation, easy to generate bacteria or mildew, generating harmful microorganism, easy to form threat to human health, simple process method, does not affect the performance of the latex pillow, and has function of far infrared sterilizing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the pillow, comprising (i) mixing the natural latex, vulcanizing agent, potassium oleate, potassium ricinoleate and graphene quantum dot by the automatic batching system, (ii) curing reaction, adding the material into the cooked reaction kettle, mixing and ripening at high speed in the mature reaction kettle, ensuring that each dispersoid is fully mixed and cooked to react at the set temperature, (iii) foaming and shaping, conveying the cooked latex to the foaming machine for foaming, and adding zinc oxide for foaming, and (iv) vulcanizing by a steam vulcanizing device and demolding the vulcanized product, water washing and drying.
