NOVELTY - Production of graphene involves using expandable graphite as raw material, expanding to obtain expanded graphite where expanded graphite has expansion of 200-300, porosity of 30-100 nm and carbon content of higher than 99.6%, placing expanded graphite in pre-stripping ultrasonic reaction device to obtain pre-stripped material, mixing pre-stripped material with stripping solution, diluting and placed in secondary ultrasonic reaction apparatus to obtain stripped material. USE - Method for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has improved stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene comprises: (A) using expandable graphite as raw material, expanding to obtain expanded graphite where expanded graphite has expansion of 200-300, porosity of 30-100 nm and carbon content of higher than 99.6%; (B) placing expanded graphite in pre-stripping ultrasonic reaction device to obtain pre-stripped material; (C) mixing pre-stripped material with stripping solution, diluting and placed in secondary ultrasonic reaction apparatus to obtain stripped material; (D) performing pressure filtration, separating, collecting the graphite filter cake and recycling stripping liquid; and (E) washing graphite filter cake to obtain graphene where pre-stripping ultrasonic reaction device is operated at 30-50 degrees C with frequency of 10000-25000 Hz, flowrate of 1.0-4.0 m3/hour, circulating stirring speed of 1000-2000 degrees C and ultrasonic dispersion of 0.5-2.0 hours and the secondary ultrasonic reaction device is operated at 30-50 degrees C with frequency of 18000-25000 Hz, flowrate of 2.0-5.0 m3/hour, circulation stirring speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute and ultrasonic dispersion time of 2-5 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene production system.
