NOVELTY - A graphene-germanium metal organic framework composite film comprises a substrate, a metal organic framework compound film layer and a graphene film layer. A coordination functional group (I) is modified on the substrate. The substrate is chemically combined with the metal organic framework compound film layer through coordination functional group (I). A coordination functional group (II) is modified on the graphene sheet. The graphene sheet is chemically bonded with the metal organic framework compound film layer through coordination functional group (II). USE - Graphene-germanium metal organic framework composite film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-germanium metal organic framework composite film has adjustable structure and controlled graphene content.
