NOVELTY - Anti-aging graphene nano-modified plastic color masterbatch comprises e.g. 15-25 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 10-15 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic ester copolymer, 60-80 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. nano barium carbonate, 20-25 pts. wt. aramid short fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide sheet crystal, 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene, 80-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. conductive mica powder. USE - Used as anti-aging graphene nano-modified plastic color masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch improves the porosity and specific surface area of composite absorbing film, uses the asphalt base carbon fiber to enhance the mechanical property of the material, can greatly adsorb and clean the tail gas in the harmful gas and dust substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-aging graphene nano-modified plastic color masterbatch comprises 15-25 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 10-15 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic ester copolymer, 60-80 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. nano barium carbonate, 20-25 pts. wt. aramid short fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide sheet crystal, 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene, 80-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 55-75 pts. wt. pigment, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. nano conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pts. wt. trimeric polyisocyanate, 30-35 pts. wt. asphalt base carbon fiber powder, 5-7 pts. wt. non-halogenated organic phosphonate, 8-10 pts. wt. hexamethylenetetramine, 2-4 pts. wt. trimethylpentyltriethoxysilane, 20-30 pts. wt. nano active agent, 2-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-6 pts. wt. self-made modified hydrotalcite, 10-18 pts. wt. attapulgite clay, 8-12 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 6-14 pts. wt. nano cerium oxide, and 2-6 pts. wt. accelerating agent; the preparation of nano graphene is adding graphite in the concentrated sulfuric acid, -20 to -10 degrees C low temperature for 5-12 hours, then stirring for 5-12 hours, at 0-5 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate oxidation reaction to obtain oxidized graphite solution, the obtained graphite oxide solution directly adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, flocculating and graphite oxide modification reaction to obtain modified graphite oxide solution, filtering the modified graphite oxide solution, washing, vacuum drying at 50 degrees C for 24 hours, to obtain nano graphene; the nano active agent is magnesium oxide, alumina, silicon nitride, and boron nitride; the preparation of self-made modified hydrotalcite is: dispersing magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite in carbon dioxide removed deionized water to prepare slurry, and then excess of sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate soluble in water to prepare solution slowly into the slurry, heating, stirring and using acetic acid to regulate the pH to 3.7, reacting for 3 hours at reflux temperature, after naturally cooling, using carbon dioxide removed de-ionized water to wash the product and filtering until the filtrate pH 7, and then drying to obtain the self-made modified hydrotalcite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-aging graphene nano-modified plastic color masterbatch comprises (i) placing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene in 105 degrees C of oven dried 2-4 hours, (ii) adding dried ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene with high crushing and sieving by 100-200 meshes sieve after filtering to obtain material A, (iii) plasticating, according to the ratio of the benzene polybutylene terephthalate, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene multipolymer, acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic ester copolymer, polycarbonate, nano barium carbonate, aramid short fiber, silicon carbide sheet crystal, adding in plastic refining machine inside temperature is 120 degrees C, mixing and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the base material B, (iv) mixing the base material A, and B in mixer with internal temperature of 120 degrees C, adding other components, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, vulcanizing for 30 minutes, obtaining formed product, placing at 100 degrees C, (v) adding the product of last step in the forming machine to obtain the product under the condition of 3 hours.
