NOVELTY - Device comprises a horizontal reaction chamber, whose top is fixed with a fire-resistant brick frame and outer side is set with a heating device and a temperature control cabinet, a quartz reaction tube placed into a heat-resistant metal sleeve longer than the quartz tube connected with a waste gas processor, inlet and outlet valves, a vacuum pump set on heat-resistant metal sleeve, and a carbon source storage tank, a reducing gas storage tank and an inert gas storage tank connected with a gas mixer via respective flow controllers. A quartz boat is set in the cavity of quartz reaction tube. USE - The device is useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: has simple structure; is easy to operate; provides large reaction area; produces graphene under normal pressure, and under low pressure conditions; improves the production efficiency; and enlarges the production conditions of graphite.
