DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing heat radiation coating composition, comprising dissolving binder resin in a solvent, dispersing graphene using a high speed mixer, heating the resin, physically incorporating the graphene on the resin using a kneader, and dissolving the resultants into the solvent using mixer.
