NOVELTY - A graphene reflective thermal insulation coating comprises, in order from bottom to top, a solvent-free epoxy bottom layer, a polyurethane thermal insulation coating, and a graphene modified reflective surface layer. The solvent-free epoxy bottom layer includes epoxy resin, reactive diluent, defoamer, dispersant, and curing agent. The polyurethane thermal insulation coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) includes polyester polyol, water scavenger, dispersant, defoamer, wetting agent, anti-settling agent, leveling agent, and titanium dioxide. USE - Graphene reflective thermal insulation coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene reflective thermal insulation coating comprises, in order from bottom to top, a solvent-free epoxy bottom layer, a polyurethane thermal insulation coating, and a graphene modified reflective surface layer. The solvent-free epoxy bottom layer includes 50-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin 10-55 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 5-20 pts. wt. curing agent. The polyurethane thermal insulation coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) includes 40-50 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 3-5 pts. wt. water scavenger, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. wetting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. quartz powder, 5-15 pts. wt. glass beads and 10-20 pts. wt. ceramic beads. The component (B) is 100 pts. wt. polyisocyanate. The graphene modified reflective surface layer includes 30-50 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 25-40 pts. wt. pigment slurry, 3-8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide dispersion, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-5 pts. wt. rheological additive, 1-3 pts. wt. self-cleaning aid and 10-15 pts. wt. curing agent.
