NOVELTY - Preparing polyethylene terephthalate base static dissipative polyester masterbatch containing poly(ethylene dioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate)and graphene comprises (i) adding quantitative terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol into the reaction kettle for esterification, (ii) adding polyethylene glycol, poly(ethylene dioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate) and graphene into the reactor for polycondensation reaction, and (iii) after the reaction is completed, cooling and discharging. USE - Preparation method of polyethylene terephthalate base static dissipative polyester masterbatch containing poly(ethylene dioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate)and graphene. ADVANTAGE - The polyester masterbatch has stable static dissipative performance, and surface resistance can be reduced to 107-108 Ω.m, can effectively dissipate static charge, avoids the harm caused by static accumulation, and has a great application prospect.
