NOVELTY - The device has a high-speed shearing machine for preparing target material, that is internally provided with a rotating shaft connected with an external driving device. The rotating shaft is provided with multiple groups of cutting blades. Each group of cutting blade is long and short staggered. The tail end of the cutting blades is provided with a corresponding cutter head. An ultrasonic dispersion machine (24), a separation purifier (22) and a thickener (23) are connected with the high-speed shearing machine in order. An extracting unit is provided with a supporting frame and a rotary dryer (31) set on the supporting frame. The rotary dryer is configured for removing the intermediate solvent and obtaining a target product. USE - Device for preparing graphene oil used in industry. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure, using intermediate solvent liquid replacement, avoiding directly mixing with the base oil under the condition of drying, at the same time, capable of recycling intermediate solvent 100 %, no waste liquid, low production cost, reducing the manual operation difficulty, suitable for mass production. It adopts two ultrasonic dispersion machines to disperse graphene, which can keep the best lubricating performance.
