NOVELTY - A self-spraying sponge rubber comprises 100-140 pts. wt. carbon dioxide-based polyether, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 220-250 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 2-6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-9 pts. wt. catalyst, 10-20 pts. wt. chain extender and 150-200 pts. wt. water. USE - Self-spraying sponge rubber. ADVANTAGE - The self-spraying sponge rubber is environmentally-friendly and has high bonding strength, fast curing speed and long opening time. The preparation method is simple, economical and suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the self-spraying sponge rubber, which involves (1) heating carbon dioxide-based polyether, graphene oxide, diisocyanate, catalyst, and chain extender to 80-90 degrees C and reacting for 100-120 minutes to obtain prepolymer solution, (2) adding water to prepolymer solution, emulsifying under high-speed stirring speed of 200-300 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain emulsion, and (3) heating to 60-70 degrees C, adding coupling agent to the emulsion and reacting for 20-30 minutes.
