NOVELTY - Conductive adhesive resin comprises 80-120 pts. wt. adhesive resin, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive filler and 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent; the adhesive resin comprises 30-40 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 5-10 pts. wt. POE polyolefin elastomer, 1-5 pts. wt. viscosity modifier, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The conductive adhesive resin is useful for vacuum infusion tube of wind power. ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive resin: has good high and low temperature resistance and durability, has good bonding effect on vacuum infusion tube; and has good flame retardant and antistatic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive adhesive resin comprising (i) mixing high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, tackifying resin, POE polyolefin elastomer and viscosity modifier in high-speed mixer to obtain mixture A; (2) adding the mixture A into single screw kneader for blending to obtain a mixture B; (3) adding the mixture B, antioxidant and coupling agent into the twin-screw extruder, adding conductive filler screened by screening device to the middle and front section of the twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding the mixture, to obtain a conductive adhesive resin.
