▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of multilayer film involves preparing conjugated polymer-precursor solution and graphene oxide dispersion, coating the conjugated polymer-precursor solution on a substrate to form a precursor layer, coating graphene oxide dispersion on precursor layer, reducing with a reducing agent containing halogen element, and forming multilayer film. The conjugated polymer is poly(p-phenylene vinylene). The conjugated polymer precursor is poly(p-xylylene tetrahydrothiophenium chloride). The substrate is made of silica, silicon or polyethylene terephthalate. USE - Manufacture of multilayer film (claimed) for optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer film having excellent photoconductivity and uniform thickness is formed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for multilayer film.
