▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has two electromagnetic radiation sensor cells (141-144) which have graphene as an electromagnetic radiation absorbing material. An electrical connections (150-155) between the two sensor cells, in which the electrical connections are partially made of graphene. The sensor cells form a row of sensor cells and the electrical connections between the sensor cells with graphene layers that extend through sensor cells of the row of sensor cells. The graphene layers that extend through the sensor cells of the structure form the electrical connections between the sensor cells. USE - Detector structure apparatus for electromagnetic radiation sensing. ADVANTAGE - Improves flexibility or bendability of the structure by using sensor cells made of multilayer graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detector structure for electromagnetic radiation sensing.
