USE - Modified cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified cable material comprises 36-42 pts. wt. polyurethane, 52-56 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 6-9 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 10-13 pts. wt. nano-cellulose whiskers, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. vinyl triethoxysilane, 2-2.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. accelerator TMTD, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. accelerator AC, 7-8 pts. wt. precipitated calcium carbonate, 5-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 24-28 pts. wt. hard clay, 20-23 pts. wt. mica powder, 2-3 pts. wt. diethyl phthalate, 3-5 pts. wt. ethylene butyl oleate, 2-3 pts. wt. pentaerythritol fatty acid esters, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. melamine phosphate, 8-11 pts. wt. microencapsulated red phosphorus, 11-14 pts. wt. zinc borate, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant ODA, and 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant DFC-34. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of modified cable material comprising mixing polyurethane, styrene-butadiene rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber, stirring at speed of 138-142 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 27-30 minutes, grinding, adding vinyl triethoxysilane and nano-cellulose whiskers, stirring, adding precipitated calcium carbonate, ethylene butyl oleate, modified graphene, hard clay, mica powder, diethyl phthalate, pentaerythritol fatty acid esters, melamine phosphate, microencapsulated red phosphorus, zinc borate, antioxidant ODA and antioxidant DFC-34, stirring at speed of 152-155 rpm, kneading for 34-37 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, stirring at speed of 166-169 rpm for 14-16 minutes, at vulcanizing at 153-157 degrees C; and (2) preparation of modified graphene comprising mixing 242-245 pts. wt. humic acid and 2-2.2 pts. wt. deionized water, dropping 0.01-0.04 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to pH value of 8.3-8.6, adding 42-45 pts. wt. graphene oxide, adding 3.6-3.9 pts. wt. deionized water, sonicating for 1.1-1.3 hours, performing frequency ultrasound treatment under 21-24 kHz and power ultrasonic treatment for 930-960 W, magnetic stirring at speed of 1800-2100 rpm for 2.1-2.4 hours, water bathing at 78-81 degrees C, stirring at speed of 1600-1650 rpm, adding 72-75 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring at speed of 1600-1650 rpm for 25-26 hours, filtering using 500-530 mesh nylon filter, vacuum filtering for 34-37 minutes under 28-32 kPa pressure.
