NOVELTY - Flexible pressure sensor comprises first flexible protective film (1), first electrode layer (2), first flexible micro-structure/micro-porous sensing substrate (3), second flexible micro-structure/microporous sensing substrate (4), second electrode layer (5) and second flexible protective film sequentially stacked and packaged. USE - The flexible pressure sensor is used in human body movement and health detection, artificial intelligence and intelligent wearable or man-machine interaction field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor has high sensitivity, wide detection range and high stability and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing flexible pressure sensor.
