NOVELTY - The method involves taking 7-50 g copper powder as a catalytic substrate for removing on the surface of the copper powder. Solid carbon source is taken 5-200 gram in the upstream temperature region and copper powder in the downstream temperature region. Mixed gas is introduced of high pure hydrogen and high pure argon gas, at the same time in 30 minute (min). The upstream and downstream temperature regions are heated to 300-600 degree Celsius. The heat preservation is finished when here heat preservation time is 10-90 minutes. The temperature is raised to 1000-1050 degree Celsius in the upper temperature zone and the lower temperature zone at the same time in 40 minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene (honeycomb-shaped two-dimensional carbon material) by two-step chemical vapour deposition method. ADVANTAGE - Method is simple, controllable, safe source of carbon source, low cost, grows high quality of graphene on the copper powder, and realizes industrial production, the powder metallurgy, and composite material.
