NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin thermal interface material comprises graphene, carbon nanotubes and epoxy resin. The graphene is staggered with the carbon nanotubes. The graphene/carbon nanotubes are dispersed in 0.1-20 %mass epoxy resin. USE - Graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin thermal interface material used in electronic radiating applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin thermal interface material has excellent dispersion effect of graphene and carbon nanotubes in the epoxy resin matrix, enhanced heat transfer performance of the epoxy resin matrix composites, reduced nano filler amount, and high composite thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin thermal interface material, which involves (1) preparing graphene/carbon nanotubes dispersion by solution blending method, (2) uniformly dispersing the graphene/carbon nanotubes dispersion in epoxy resin, and (3) vacuum heating the mixed liquid, slowly stirring, vacuum defoaming for 3-5 hours, and adding curing agent into the mixed liquid for curing reaction.
