NOVELTY - Masterbatch of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube is prepared by stirring caprolactam, quantum dots/carbon nanotubes composite powder and initiator, ultrasonically dispersing mixture to form caprolactam-quantum dot/carbon nanotubes mixture, prepolymerizing mixture, granulating, washing and vacuum drying mixture. Masterbatch of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotubes and pure polyamide are added to screw extruder, melt spun and melt blended, to obtain polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotubes composite fibers. USE - Preparation of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube antistatic fibers used for antistatic clothing, acupuncture carpet, filter felt, industrial nonwoven and medical supplies. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube antistatic fibers having tensile strength of 0.52-0.81 GPa and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene quantum dots/carbon nanotube composite is prepared by dissolving 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene quantum dots and 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant in 48-49.8 pts. wt. deionized water, to obtain uniform dispersion of 1-3 graphite sheets comprising graphene quantum dot layers with size of 10-100 nm, adding 0.1-1 pt. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersant and 48-49.8 pts. wt. deionized water to uniform dispersion of graphene quantum dots, centrifuging and filtering to obtain homogeneous dispersion of quantum dots/carbon nanotube mixture, high-pressure homogenizing or ultrasonically dispersing mixture in ultrasonic cell crusher with power of 1000-4000 W or ultra-high pressure homogenizer with power of 2500 W, vacuum filtering homogeneous dispersion of quantum dots/carbon nanotube mixture at 60-100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours and drying filtered mixture under vacuum for 0.5-2 hours. Masterbatch of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotube is prepared by stirring 79-97.5 pts. wt. caprolactam, 2-20 pts. wt. quantum dots/carbon nanotubes composite powder and 0.5-1 pt. wt. initiator, ultrasonically dispersing mixture to form caprolactam-quantum dot/carbon nanotubes mixture, prepolymerizing mixture at 150-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours, polymerizing at 250-270 degrees C for 10-30 hours, granulating, washing and vacuum drying mixture at 60-100 degrees C for 2-5 hours. 1-10 pts. wt. Masterbatch of polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotubes and 10-20 pts. wt. pure polyamide are added to screw extruder, melt spun using ordinary melt spinning machine at 220-280 degrees C and melt blended, to obtain polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotubes composite fibers. The polyamide 6-graphene quantum dot/carbon nanotubes composite fibers are curled and/or cut. The carbon nanotubes comprise single-walled carbon nanotubes and/or multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes have diameter of 2-20 nm and length of 0.1-2 mu m. The initiator comprises 6-aminocaproic acid, butyric acid and/or phosphoric acid. The dispersing agent comprises dispersing agent (a) comprising polyoxyethylene ether or ester nonionic surfactant, dispersing agent (b) comprising sulfonate, sulfate, phosphate or phosphite-based anionic surfactant and/or dispersing agent (c) comprising amino acid, imidazole and/or amine oxide-type amphoteric surfactant.
