NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene based electrochemical sensor array comprises an electrode, bovine serum albumin modified electrode surface in a stable reduction of graphene probe and electrode surface modified calf thymus DNA functionalized graphene reduction probe. USE - Functionalized graphene based electrochemical sensor array for detecting cancer cell, such as distinction between different states of same cancer-resistant breast cancer cells and cells in a sample of metastatic breast cancer. ADVANTAGE - The sensor array significantly improves the detection performance of the sensor, and can distinguish between different types of cells in the 100 cellular level and testing accuracy of up to 100%.
