NOVELTY - High-barrier bromobutyl rubber with alternating layered structure, comprises carbon black modified bromobutyl rubber layer A and sheet filler modified bromobutyl rubber layer B, where the bromobutyl rubber layer A and the bromobutyl rubber layer B are alternately stacked to form a layered bromobutyl rubber; the bromobutyl rubber layer B, along the direction perpendicular to the gas diffusion, has two large size flake filler barrier layer. USE - Used as high-barrier bromobutyl rubber with alternating layered structure. ADVANTAGE - The base materials of layer A and layer B are both bromobutyl rubber, which can form an integral rubber material after the process of compression molding, and the compatibility and adhesion between layers are good , which can form rich interfacial energy, provide more diffusion paths for small gas molecules, and then improve the gas barrier properties of rubber materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a high-barrier bromobutyl rubber with an alternating layered structure, comprising: combining the bromobutyl rubber layer A and the bromine layered bromobutyl rubber material obtained by alternately stacking the butyl rubber layers B or by alternately stacking and co-extruding two extruders, pressing for 4-10 minutes at room temperature under the conditions of 4-20 MPa, and at 100-140℃, vulcanizing for 0.5-3 hours under the condition of 4-20 MPa.
