NOVELTY - Intelligent graphene nano-material comprises magnetic polymer chain poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-glycidyl methacrylate)-cyclodextrin ((NIPAMco-GMA)-CD) is grafted on the surface of the substrate based on magnetic graphene oxide. The substrate has specific surface area of 300-500 m2/g. The grafting amount of the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-glycidyl methacrylate)(NIPAM-co-GMA) segment in the polymer chain is 700-900 mg/g. The grafting amount of beta -cyclodextrin is 200-400 mg/g. The magnetic graphene oxide includes graphene oxide and its surface-supported ferrous oxide magnetic nanoparticle. The ferrous oxide magnetic nanoparticle has average particle diameter of 80-100 nm. The graft amount of the poly(NIPAM-co-GMA) segment in the polymer chain is 826.5 mg/g. The graft amount of beta -cyclodextrin is 327.8 mg/g. USE - Used as intelligent graphene nano-material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high chiral selectivity, temperature sensitivity, and magnetic responsiveness; is simple in the chiral resolution of amino acid enantiomers; has high resolution efficiency, and convenient material recovery, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing intelligent graphene nano material, comprising (i) preparing magnetic graphene oxide by reacting graphene oxide with iron compound, (ii) taking product obtained by reacting polydopamine with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, modifying the magnetic graphene oxide to obtain large magnetic graphene oxide initiator, (iii) adding functional first reactive monomer, second reactant containing an epoxy group, catalyst, and ligand into the magnetic graphene oxide macroinitiator, and reacting to obtain epoxy-modified temperature-sensitive magnetic graphene oxide, (iv) reacting the epoxy-modified temperature-sensitive magnetic graphene oxide with an amino-functionalized beta -cyclodextrin to obtain intelligent graphene nanomaterial has high chiral selectivity.
