▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises swellable particles comprising crosslinkers interspersed among crosslinkable polymer chains, where the crosslinkers are capable of forming covalent bonds between the polymer chains; and upon swelling, the particles exhibit less than 50% decrease in volume after exposed to a temperature of at least about 130 degrees C for 1 hour. USE - The composition is useful for controlling fluid flow (claimed), conformance control, fluid loss control, and well stimulation. ADVANTAGE - The composition has thermally stable nontoxic hydrogels, non-toxic hydrogels with improved thermal stability to treat these higher temperature oil reservoirs, and hydrolytic stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) forming (M1) a composition useful for controlling fluid flow, comprising (a) polymerizing a plurality of monomers in presence of crosslinkers to form crosslinkable polymer chains, and (b) drying and reducing the average particle size of the product resulting from (a) to yield a plurality of swellable particles comprising the crosslinkers interspersed among the crosslinkable polymer chains, where the crosslinkers are capable of forming covalent bonds with the polymer chains, and upon swelling, the particles exhibit less than 50% decrease in volume after being exposed to 130 degrees C for 1 hour; and (2) altering or controlling (M2) a fluid present in an environment comprising introducing a composition into the environment so that the composition contacts the fluid, the composition comprising a plurality of swellable particles comprising one or more crosslinking agents interspersed among crosslinkable polymer chains, where the crosslinkers are capable of forming covalent bonds with the polymer chains, and upon swelling, the particles exhibit less than 50% decrease in volume after being exposed to 130 degrees C for at least 1 hour.
