▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electroconductive graphene film has glass substrate and functional layer provided on the surface of the glass substrate. The functional layer comprises aluminum-doped zinc oxide layer provided between graphene layers (a) and (b). The thickness of graphene layers (a) and (b) is 40-80 nm, each. The thickness of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide layer is 20-40 nm. USE - Electroconductive graphene film is used for organic electroluminescent device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electroconductive graphene film can be manufactured by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of electroconductive graphene film; and (2) organic electroluminescent device, which has hole transport layer, light-emitting layer, electron transport layer, electron injection layer, cathode and anode including electroconductive graphene film.
