NOVELTY - A surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate preparing method involves mixing liquid-A, liquid-B and gold-graphene composite nano-particle uniformly, keeping aside the liquid-A and liquid-B and layering. The gold-graphene composite nano-particle is located in the interface of liquid-A and liquid-B to obtain the surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate, where the liquid-A and the liquid-B are two immiscible phases. USE - Method for preparing surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate with high accuracy in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate prepared by the method.
