NOVELTY - Intelligent graphene flexible electronic skin comprises an electrode (4), a dimethyl siloxane substrate (1), a polymer graphene layer (2). The polymer graphene layer is uniformly embedded in the polydimethylsiloxane substrate. The skin further comprises a chip (3), which is uniformly embedded in the polymer graphene layer. The electrode is set on the edge of the polydimethylsiloxane substrate. USE - Used as intelligent graphene flexible electronic skin. ADVANTAGE - The skin: is innovative and intelligent; has simple structure, good sensitivity, short hysteresis time, flexibility and stability; adopts the easily available preparation materials and easy to control parameters and can quickly sense electrical signals, quickly giving feedback, which has a higher response speed and more rapid response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the intelligent graphene flexible electronic skin comprising (a) introducing the silicon wafer into the quartz tube, using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method under the high temperature environment to grow the graphene with space micro-structure on the silicon wafer, melt blending for preparing polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) graphene material and polycarbonate (PC) graphene material, where the graphene and polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) in a mass ratio of 10:1, graphene and polycarbonate (PC) in the ratio of 7:2, (b) introducing the reaction gas mixture composed of methane and hydrogen to the quartz tube in the synthesized polymer graphene material, so that the polymerized graphene quickly reduces to room temperature, covering the packaged flexible chip by the polymerized graphene, (c) uniformly coating the molten state of the polydimethylsiloxane on the silicon wafer and covering the polymer graphene layer, curing into a soft transparent film structure and (d) stripping the polydimethylsiloxane from the silicon wafer and bonding the upper electrode on the peripheral edge of the polydimethylsiloxane with film-like structure to form intelligent polymerized graphene electronic skin.
