NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-doped modified polyester industrial yarn involves kneading graphene powder and large bright low-viscosity polyester chips, granulating by a twin-screw extruder to produce graphene mother particles containing 1-10 %mass graphene, mixing graphene mother particles and high-viscosity polyester chips in ratio of 1:0.8-1.3, processing in a drying tower for drying to obtain a premix, melting the premix by a small screw extruder, extruding, melting by a spinning screw extruder to form a spinning melt, supplying a spinning box for spinning wire, post-heating, cooling, drafting, winding, and producing polyester industrial yarn. The concentration of graphene in the spinning melt is 0.2-1 %mass. USE - Preparation of graphene-doped modified polyester industrial yarn. ADVANTAGE - The polyester industrial yarn having excellent strength, stability, spinnability and antibacterial properties can be produced efficiently and stably.
