▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene nanosheet modified carbon fiber composite material involves (S1) adding a polymer electrolyte to water, heating and stirring in a water bath until it is completely dissolved to form an aqueous polyelectrolyte solution, (S2) preparing a graphene dispersion by adding the graphene nanosheets to the polyelectrolyte aqueous solution and ultrasonically dispersing, (S3) pouring the graphene dispersion liquid on the smooth carbon fiber cloth surface, making carbon fiber cloth moisten, and spreading one deck carbon fiber cloth, (S4) pouring the graphene dispersion and laying the carbon fiber cloth alternately until the carbon fiber cloth is laminated to 5-30 layers, and forming graphene/carbon fiber composite preform after drying and high-temperature heat treatment, and (S5) forming a resin glue, impregnating the resin glue into the graphene/carbon fiber composite preform by using a vacuum infusion process, heating and solidifying. USE - Manufacture of graphene nanosheet modified carbon fiber composite material (claimed) used for aerospace, transportation and equipment manufacturing application. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and can avoid uneven dispersion of graphene. The obtained graphene nanosheet modified carbon fiber composite material has excellent bending strength, bending modulus, interlayer shear strength, thermal conductivity and electroconductivity.
