NOVELTY - Synthetic resin pipe (100) reinforced with an improved outer peel layer (110) comprises a main layer comprising a main body (120), an inner peel layer (130) formed as a thin film on an inner circumferential surface of the main layer, and an outer peel layer formed as a thin film on an outer circumferential surface of main layer, a connecting sheet connecting two synthetic resin pipe, which are continuously disposed by being fastened by screws while wrapping joint of two continuously disposed synthetic resin pipe, seated on the peeled portion where part of the surface of the outer skin layer is peeled off and exposed to outside, a watertight layer set between peeling portion and connecting sheet to make joint watertight as the connecting sheet is pressed by a screw. The synthetic resin of the main layer and the inner peel layer is vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyester, polypropylene, and polycarbonate and the synthetic resin of the outer peel layer is a hard material. USE - Used as synthetic resin pipe reinforced with an improved outer peel layer. ADVANTAGE - The synthetic resin pipe: has improved durability, connectivity, workability and high work efficiency; is economical, light in weight, easy to use and suitable for drinking water and other domestic water use; solves corrosion, contamination, water loss, dents, scratches, and external shocks problem; and does not rust.
