NOVELTY - A laminate has a self-assembled monolayer containing primary molecule chosen from electron donating group and electron withdrawing group, a graphene layer provided on the monolayer, and a thin film layer provided on graphene layer and containing secondary molecule chosen from electron donating group and electron receiving group. USE - Laminate for thin film transistor element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laminate provides transistor element having improved performance and ON/OFF ratio, and is economically manufactured.
