NOVELTY - The method involves heating a transmission-type baking furnace at temperature of 130-140 degrees centigrade. A graphene is obtained by a desired pattern. A graphene layer is formed in an electric conduction area. A graphene pattern is formed in an electric conduction silver lap joint using an electric conduction silver paste. The electric conduction silver paste thickness is 6-8 mu m. A product function test is carried out so as to distinguish a defective product from a semi-finished product at pressure temperature of 170-180 degrees centigrade in time of 12-15 s. USE - Method for making integrated graphene material using capacitor touch screen for mobile phone and flat computer. ADVANTAGE - The integrated graphene material is efficiently manufactured at low cost. The production efficiency is improved.
